Chris began his Financial Services career as an insurance representative for Primerica Financial Services before attaining his securities licenses and becoming an Independent Financial Advisor with ING Financial Partners and Cambridge Investment Research. Chris possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of more complex insurance-linked solutions and products particularly in the market for U.S. traded life insurance policies, known as Senior Life Settlements (SLS). In 2010, Chris joined forces with Tyler Randolph, Michael Bradburn and John Zanetis, where the primary focus is developing the turnkey US advisor SLS platform offered through Capstone Capital Consulting. At Capstone Capital Consulting, he is responsible for the development of longevity solutions and new types of annuity products designed specifically for the US, European and African markets. Chris currently maintains an insurance license.
Michael started his career as President and General Manager of a small automotive sales conglomerate, where he oversaw and managed several domestic and Asian manufactured retail dealerships. After selling the dealerships, Michael then worked with Prudential Preferred Financial Services in life insurance and annuity sales. He later advanced his career in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley Dean Whitter and subsequently Merrill Lynch. Following that, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer of a metals manufacturing and distribution startup, where he was instrumental in securing patents and developing a completely virtual, vertically integrated, manufacturing and distribution technology serving the global powder metallurgy industry. At Capstone Capital Consulting, he oversees marketing and advisor development. Michael attended Indiana University where he became a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and later earned his BS from Ball State University. He has an insurance license.
John retired from the practice of law in 2013. During much of his career in law, he focused his practice in the field of Estate Planning, John practiced in the related areas of Business Succession Planning, Asset Protection Planning, and IRA Trust Strategies. As a result of his establishing strategic relationships with other professionals, John was able to assist his clients in their ability to provide generational wealth planning. He has developed a deep expertise in Senior Life Settlements by helping many of his clients seeking to sell their life insurance policies in the secondary market. He also worked with other clients to identify and purchase Senior Life Settlement policies by performing the due diligence required to make such purchases. At Capstone Capital Consulting, John participates in the preparation of marketing applications and advisor development policies. He also oversees the implementation and formation of all US legal entities. John graduated from Indiana State University with a BA in Business Administration and Indiana School of Law in Indianapolis with a JD. John has presented continuing educational seminars for Certified Public Accountants, Investment Advisors, and Licensed Insurance Professionals on a regular basis.
Tyler began his career at The Hartford, where he worked in the “Leaders” Variable Annuity division and marketed variable annuities to banks and broker-dealers. After that, he worked at Conseco Capital Management, where he marketed equity and bond mutual funds to wire-houses. He then founded his own independent insurance brokerage, AMR Services, which marketed life insurance, health insurance, Medicare supplements, critical illness insurance and fixed annuities. Tyler was a multi-million dollar producer for the seven years he ran the brokerage. Tyler oversees all data entry and analytics for Alternative Solutions Group, LLC as well as all post aggregation duties. He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he obtained a BS in Marketing and Finance. Tyler holds an insurance license. e.
Jerry is a senior finance and tax executive with over 30 years of experience in public accounting and has served both public and private companies. He began his career working for the largest accounting firms in the US before starting his own practice. While at these firms Jerry gained experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, real estate, and technology. On the business to business side, Jerry’s professional experience includes planning and consulting for large, middle-market and early-stage companies, merger and acquisition transaction structuring and due diligence. He also has significant experience in the areas of tax planning for US multi-national companies in structuring their foreign operations to optimize worldwide effective tax rate and inbound consulting for foreign multi-national corporations. Additionally, Jerry has significant experience in dealing with equity-based compensation and related matters. Jerry received his B.B.A. in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi campus. Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA. He has served on the boards of the Accounting Career Awareness Program, Business Invest in Growth and CARITAS of Austin. Currently, he serves as a member of the Austin Community College International Business Institute Advisory Committee. Jerry has served as a guest lecturer on international tax considerations to the Executive Masters of Science and Technology Commercialization program at the IC2 Institute of the University of Texas at Austin. He has also served as a guest lecturer on tax research to the Masters of Accountancy program at the McCoy College of Business Administration at Texas State University.
Bob began his career at Harris Corporation. Over his career, Bob has financially advised several companies including Let’s Gel, a consumer goods company selling direct through retailers and headquartered in Austin, and has held the role of CFO for several technology companies, including Austin startups TeraVicta Technologies and Movero Technology. His previous roles have also included EVP/CFO for BridgePoint Technical Manufacturing, among others, following his role as a corporate financial officer at Harris Corporation and two years as CFO of Cirrus Logic. Prior to joining Capstone Capital Consulting, Bob was the Chief Financial Officer at Shango, the operator of the only community-based marketplace for the fulfillment of IP-enabled services for communications service providers. He holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Mathematics from Duke University and one in Accounting from Villanova University. He then earned his MBA in Finance at Drexel University.
Vasu is a senior technology and product development executive with over 30 years of experience in large consulting firms. He has served large private and public companies as a trusted advisor. He began his career with Siemens and went on to work for well known industry leaders including Accenture, EDS and HP. Starting with a strong technology foundation that he has maintained currency in, he has progressed to managing business process engineering efforts and large enterprise transformation projects. On the technology front, in addition to custom development, he has also successfully executed enterprise wide SAP and Oracle implementations. He has led teams, large and small, in various models (in house, out sourced, in sourced, off-shore, near shore), in both operational IT activities as well as innovative, rapid product development. A hands-on approach to new technology has enabled him to acquire expertise in big data, the cloud, social media, mobile technology, iOT, as well as data science. He has published scholarly articles, has a couple of patents in digital asset management and has participated in seminars and conferences as a speaker or an organizer. He has worked extensively in the Oil & Gas, Transportation (airlines and automobile) as well as the financial industry sectors. He supports entrepreneurs and is an active advisor for a couple of start-ups. He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and has advanced degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science. His current interests are in the data science arena, specifically related to machine learning. His hobbies include gardening, hiking, tennis, reading and writing.
Rut has extensive experience in executive level management and has served as Director of Human Resources at a variety of companies developing and implementing strategies allowing companies to attract, improve and retain top talent as well as the implementation of affirmative action plans. At Capstone Capital Consulting, she facilitates, orchestrates and manages the company’s internal and external communications in order to more efficiently and effectively promote the company’s growth. Rut graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, and an MBA in International Business and Human Resources from the Metropolitan University.
Jason began his career with Harris Bank in operations, then moving to Northwestern Mutual in financial planning. After Northwestern Mutual, he was responsible for the startup and management of his own investment real estate company, Signature Real Estate Group, which helped provide the foundation for his involvement with alternative investments and the senior life settlement space. Jason has extensive experience in sales, relationship management, marketing, business development, as well as operational and managerial experience among a range of different industries. His primary role with Capstone Capital Consulting is promoting and building the right strategic relationships for the US advisor senior life settlement model. Jason graduated from Purdue University with honors, earning an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management. Jason possesses an insurance license.
